Sponsorship and Donation Guidelines

We feel very strongly about contributing to the community and as part of this commitment, we have established a sponsorship and donation procedure to allow everyone a fair and equal opportunity for support.

Columbia Fuels is pleased to sponsor or contribute to many worthwhile community organizations and charities. We especially like to assist youth. We receive a tremendous number of requests each month for sponsorship or donations from deserving teams, athletes, groups, and organizations, but unfortunately we are unable to respond to every need.

Current Sponsorships lists

While everyone is eligible to apply for sponsorship or donation, we do require written documentation by mail, fax or e-mail giving very specific details for your request. The more details - the better. We review hundreds of requests each month and promise to read all about you before we make a decision.

Requests must be received 4 weeks prior to any event to be eligible as decisions are made monthly after all request have been received. If your request is granted, we will contact you directly. Please do not call to inquire about the status of
your request.
