What is my invoice number? 

Your invoice number is the reference number shown on your statement. It is located in the table, the second column from the left between date and description.

What is my invoice date? 

Your invoice date is the reference date shown on your statement. You can find this in the first column from the left and it should be entered as YY/MM/DD.

Why can’t I see my statements?

Your statements are issued on a monthly basis. If you recently received your statement, it is likely that it has not yet been uploaded. It can take up to two business days before your statements are ready for viewing. Please check back in a few days, and your statement should be waiting for you!
If you can’t find your older statements on My Account, please contact your local branch and they will be happy to help assist you.

Why is My Account not recognizing my Postal Code/Zip Code?

My Account is set up to identify your account using the postal code/zip code found on your statements. Please ensure that the postal code/zip code you are entering into My Account is the same as the one found on your statements.

Why can’t I access My Account from my phone? 

My Account is not available on mobile phones. Please ensure that you are using My Account on your tablet, desktop, or laptop.

What do I do if I can’t sign up for My Account? 

If you are experiencing difficulty registering for My Account, we recommend that you contact your local branch and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

Why can’t I log in to My Account?

After registering for My Account, you will receive an email from portal.admin@parkland.ca to complete the registration process. Please ensure that you have clicked on the confirmation link and completed the registration process.

If the link in the email is not working, please copy and paste the link into your browser and follow through with the prompts on the page.
If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your junk/spam filter. For registration support please contact your local branch and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

Is eBilling still available?

Yes, eBilling is still available for customers who wish to receive an email alert that your bill is ready.

How do I register for My Account?

To sign up on My Account for the first time, have a copy of your statement on hand and locate your:

  • Account Number
  • Postal Code
