Local Offices
Pay at your local office during business hours.
Log in to your Columbia Fuels account
You will be able to view your current activity online and make payments directly to us using our secure website
Telephone or on-line Banking through your banking institution
Pay over the telephone or on-line. If your banking institution does not have Columbia Fuels set up as a payee, please let us know and we will make contact with them.
Pre-Authorized Debit (EFT)
Enjoy the convenience of the Columbia Fuels Pre-Authorized Debit Plan. You can have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account. If you would like to enroll in the Pre-Authorized Debit Plan, call your local office, complete and sign the Pre-Authorized Debit Application Form. Return the form, along with a voided personal cheque payable to Columbia Fuels Inc.

Pay in person at most financial institutions or use Automated Teller Machines
Equalized Payment Program
Apply for credit with us and even out your monthly fuel bills with equalized payments, you will be paying the same amount for fuel each month. Interest free!

Columbia Fuels offers many discount payment programs.
Most discount programs may not be combined together and may carry other restrictions. Please contact our 24-hour customer service for details.
Seniors Discount:
If you are 65 or older, receive a 1 cent per litre discount.
Prompt Payment Discounts:
Pay your bill within 10 days and receive a 2% discount.
Mobile Home Park Discounts:
Mobile home owners receive a 2 cents per litre discount, 3 cents per litre if you're a senior.
CANEX members Discounts:
If you belong to CANEX, you are eligible for a 5 cents a litre discount + 2 cents (minimum) per litre rebate.
Better Business Bureau Discounts:
BBB members (business owners and their families) receive 3 cents per litre discount.
Public Service Alliance Corporation (PSAC) Discounts:
Employees of PSAC receive 3 cents per litre discount.
Rental Onwers & Managers Association of BC (ROMA) Discounts:
ROMA members discounts are based on current market rates and matched accordingly. Call for the most current price.
