This servicing will generally include:
Cleaning or replacement of nozzle and oil filter.
Visual inspection of furnace and chimney breaching.
Lubrication of motors and fan.
Testing of fuel pump pressure (100 psi)
Cleaning of electrode assembly.
Check electrical connections.
Testing of ignition transformer.
Check fan belt and pulleys.
Inspect firebox for cracks.
Test fire furnace. Take combustion readings (smoke test, stack temp, draft test)
Inform customer of findings and make any necessary recommendations
