This servicing will generally include:
• Visual inspection of furnace and
   chimney breaching.
• Lubrication of motors and fan.
• Cleaning or replacement of nozzle
   and oil filter.
• Testing of fuel pump pressure
   (100 psi)
• Cleaning of electrode assembly.
   Reset spacing to manufacturers
   specs.
• Check electrical connections.
• Testing of ignition transformer.
• Check fan belt and pulleys.
• Inspect firebox for cracks.
• Test fire furnace. Take combustion
   readings (smoke test, stack temp,
   draft test)
• Inform customer of findings and
   make any necessary recommendations
