Plus, if you have a problem during the year-long term of your plan, our service technicians are available 24 hours a day, and the furnace protection plan covers most parts and labour at no additional charge. Every year, we will perform a furnace efficiency test which scores your system on how efficiently it provides heat. A more efficiently running furnace will use less heating oil and therefore save you money.

The Furnace Protection Plan includes:

Cleaning or replacement of nozzle and oil filter.
Visual inspection of furnace and chimney breaching.
Lubrication of motors and fan.
Testing of fuel pump pressure (100 psi)
Cleaning of electrode assembly.
Check electrical connections.
Testing of ignition transformer.
Check fan belt and pulleys.
Inspect firebox for cracks. Test fire furnace. Take combustion readings (smoke test, stack temp, draft test) Inform customer of findings and make any necessary recommendations
