* Our heating advisor evaluates your home when you sign up – based on location, type of windows and doors, age of home, etc
* He’ll look at our records to see whether we’ve served the home in the past and look at their consumption
* We’ll fill your tank full on first delivery and then regularly visit with fuel to keep you full
* Every time we fill you up, the data of how much fuel you needed is kept in our program usage computer
* We monitor the average daily temperature in your area every day and use that to determine whether the need for heat is higher or lower as the days proceed
